Alycia Calvert becomes EY Chair & CEO

In a recent announcement made by EY, it has been revealed that Alycia Calvert is going to take up the chair and become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the firm. Her tenure will start from the month of July, 2024. Prior to her, Jad Shimaly was the chair and CEO of the firm who’s now the EY Global Managing Partner – Client Service.

Besides EY, Alycia also holds the position of Chair of the Business & Audit Committee and Treasurer at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. In addition, she served at Canadian Tax Foundation for 4 long years and Member, Tax Advisory Board at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) for 5 years.
