It is also open for any lady who is willing to participate from Matamoros.”

Since the Nacional Financiera of Mexico shall provide program’s resources, so Judith is looking forward to have good relationship between Texas and Mexico while also wanting to aid women in the valley with equal opportunities. She added, “They are winners. They are warriors. They are ladies- why ladies? Why women? Because sometimes we think many jobs and many things are thought for men, and probably they can do this.”

The 3 winners for the program shall be announced in September, 2024. The participants can apply for the program till May 13th on the Brownsville consulate’s website and social media.
