A delivery platform, Foodpanda has participated in Women in Business and Leadership Conference (WIBCON) '24, which was organized by the Pakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD). The event was attended by approximately 1200-1500 participants that offered a positive platform in order to empower women leaders and advance inclusivity.
A panel discussion has also been organized where Managing Director of Foodpanda, Muntaqa Peracha gave his insights alongside some of the C-Suite Male Champions from leading firms. The entire discussion revolved around creating inclusive and equitable workplaces that empowers women to thrive and succeed in their respective industries.

The event gave an augmented platform for the participants to listen and take part in the thought-provoking discussions while gaining valuable insights from industry experts in addition to creating networks. During the panel, the story of a female rider, Rukhsana Mehak has been shared by Foodpanda that inspired many. Her difficult journey to support her family through food delivery work exemplifies the spirit of empowerment and agility while showcasing the impact of inclusive opportunities in the workforce.
