F1 Academy partners with American Express for Women in Sports

In an official announcement, F1 Academy has successfully made an alliance with American Express for the 2024 season while having key focus to back women in sports. The firm shall partner with the payment giant under the agreement in order to produce partnership activations that focuses on backing women across the sport in addition to assisting small businesses.

The initiatives shall stay on display for the entire 2024 F1 Academy season while looking forward to building the firm’s current relationship following American Express becoming an official partner of F1 in the Americas in 2023.

F1 Academy’s Managing Director, Susie Wolff remarked, “American Express is a worldwide leader in the payments space and a powerful advocate for small businesses and entrepreneurs globally, and we’re proud to welcome them to F1 Academy as an official partner. We’re thankful to American Express for embracing our vision and for showing their commitment to elevating women in sport and inspiring the next generation of female drivers.”

Additionally, American Express’ Chief Marketing Officer, Elizabeth Rutledge added, “We are thrilled to launch our global partnership with F1 Academy for the 2024 season. With this partnership we hope to continue to foster equal opportunities for women, on and off the track, while spotlighting women-owned small businesses and their impact on their local communities.”
