The #ItsToughEnough Programme was created by Bank and Entrepreneur (B&E) in order to promote entrepreneurship and empower Nigerian women. This online effort is intended to help Africans progress from the ideation stage to become successful company owners by harnessing the skills of prominent entrepreneurial professionals.

Anne N. Agbakoba, Publisher of Bank and Entrepreneur Africa, stated that the newspaper is committed to promoting Nigeria's development by supporting major government projects. The #ItsToughEnough campaign focuses on the empowerment of Nigerian women entrepreneurs and encourages others to enter the entrepreneurial space.

Anne emphasized the program's compatibility with government initiatives to drive an entrepreneurial boom, boost the ratio of female entrepreneurs, and improve Nigeria's ranking on global indices such as the Global Competitiveness and Human Development Indices.

The #ItsToughEnough project has already secured agreements with industry leaders Marc Goldberg, proprietor of Marc Goldberg Photography, and Precious L. Williams, founder of Perfect Pitches with Precious. Marc, a famous photography specialist with an amazing clientele, will advise attendees on how to start and build successful photography enterprises. Williams, also known as the #KillerPitchMaster, will stress the necessity of not just developing business concepts but also convincing clients that their company is the best option.

Bank and Entrepreneur Africa intends to continue employing specialists to assist Africans, recognizing the continent's enormous potential to become a successful and sophisticated economy. The initiative has a deliberate focus on developing flourishing and extraordinary enterprises in the region.
